We have just got back after a lovely voyage on the "Marco Polo", plying both coasts of the English Channel and staying some time with shipping friends in Southampton. Suitably refreshed, we have started right away producing the mighty reefer Stella
Marina (Ri 518)
She was owned by the Swedish Svea-Bolaget. An “a-number” will show the model with a Salen funnel and the 518b version represents her when sold to Italy and running as "Somalia".

Contrary to our recent anouncement, we will not be able to deliver the
Spanish reefer sisters "Plencia"  and "Portugalete" or her later versions in time for Kassel, as the sheer number of orders was so huge, I was forced do more castings. With no chance of having the model available for Kassel, we will prepare something different for the meet.

Our latest models released were the two versions of the fine Portuguese "Santa Maria", firstly as well as the ship in her hijacked version.

Thanks to all of you, who have not only ordered this model, but have given so much positive feedback. This is very much appreciated.

Good news about the homepage. My son finally managed to fix a bug, that disabled the correct function of the order by numbers for my models on the model list.
So this works properly by now.

Moreover, we again intend to bring some unique long out-of-stock models and a very small edition of a hand rebuilt model (a surprise) to Kassel, the huge international collectors meeting, that will take place on the 25th of May 2013 in the Philip Scheidemann Haus in Kassel.
