Unique to Risawoleska at the present moment is the complete documentaion of a ship produced by us. The idea for creating this feature has been a wish to share the enthusiasm I feel in choosing a ship to be modelled with our customers. The so-called "Shiphistories" or Ship Biographies have gradually become a medium used by me to publish parts of my archives that have never been produced anywhere else so far, and to share them with other shiplovers.
In expressin views on ships being modelled and described in a biography, we are only responsible to ourselves, so that personal opinions expressed by in the biographies by myself or other contributors is published without any undue censorship from any other quarter.
As time goes by, other contributors, some well-known in the maritime press environment and who use this Forum, will write about a ship.
But first of all, this is the chance to bring what may well have been anonymous ships, to the eye of the public where they belong, without causing any additional cost for our customers who may otherwise have to purchase additional and perhaps foreign language literature. We are proud of the very intense layout of the biographies.
Please klick here, to open a sample in this case the biography of the German Helgoland excursion vessel "Wappen von Hamburg (I)" to get an idea!

With the introduction of our homepage we do offer a system for downloading pdf files with the ships histories. The history is free for each customer of a ship. Inside your model you will find a password for opening the pdf file. We recommend that you download the history after using the password and saving it in a folder on your computer, e.g. Risawoleska_Shiphistories. In addition, please create a word document with all passwords. Then you will be able to read them offline and print them out. If you have lost password, please give us a note. Don’t forget to name the model and the dealer, where you bought it!
